Summer Restaurant Week | June 22–28
Treat your taste buds during Summer Restaurant Week, featuring special offerings from some of the district's most popular restaurants. Discover new favorites, revisit beloved local spots, and enjoy complimentary valet service courtesy of Land Rover Richfield while you dine.
Bastille Weekend | July 10–12
Experience a little Parisian flair during Bastille Weekend. This annual celebration transforms the district with a French-inspired fashion show, live music, local cuisine, and a charming Paris Flea Market. It's a weekend filled with culture, style, and community spirit.
Crazy Days Sales | July 23–26
Shoppers, mark your calendars. Crazy Days brings some of the best sales of the season to participating retailers throughout the district. It's the perfect opportunity to refresh your wardrobe, discover unique finds, and support local businesses.
Edina Car Show | September 20 | Noon–4 p.m.
The summer season wraps up in style with the Edina Car Show, showcasing luxury, collector, and specialty vehicles from across Minnesota. Whether you're a dedicated car enthusiast or simply appreciate beautiful craftsmanship, this annual event is a crowd favorite.
Weekly Summer Fun
Mondays: Soundbaths on the Plaza
Find your zen during Soundbaths on the Plaza, led by The Grind. These relaxing outdoor sessions invite participants to unwind through sound and meditation on June 29, July 27, and August 31 from 6:30–7:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: Stories and Tunes
Families can enjoy Tuesday Tales from 10–11 a.m., featuring character story time and crafts on the lawn.
At noon, settle in for Tuesday Tunes, a live acoustic music series running June 9 through August 11. It's the perfect soundtrack for a summer lunch break.
Wednesdays: Mahjong on the Plaza
Gather with fellow players for Mahjong on the Plaza on June 10, July 15, and August 12 from 3–4:30 p.m. Enjoy friendly competition and community connection in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Fridays: Concerts on the Plaza
Nothing says summer quite like live music outdoors. The 50th & France Concert Series takes place every Friday from June 12 through September 4, featuring talented local musicians, bands, and student performers from 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Saturdays: Family Entertainment and Dancing
Saturday mornings are all about family fun. Family Storytelling & Songs brings engaging performances, music, and crafts to the district each week from June 6 through August 15.
As evening arrives, Dancing in the Plaza invites visitors to learn everything from swing and foxtrot to bachata and tango. Free lessons with Arthur Murray Dance and live music make for a memorable summer night on May 30, June 27, July 25, and August 22.
Sundays: Sweat and Smiles
Start your day with The Grind's Summer Sweatfest, a free outdoor sculpt class held every Sunday morning at 9 a.m. through August 30.
Then stick around for 50th & Fun from noon–2 p.m., where families can enjoy interactive bubble entertainment with The Baron of Bubble near the fountain every week through September 6.
